Yes, tech neck is now a thing.  Take notice,  right in this moment and observe what position is your neck being held. Is it being tilted downwards to read your phone or computer?  If so, try and create a habit of readjusting, allowing your neck to straighten. I have gotten into this habit but it took mindful practice.  Just hold your phone up and move your computer to a place where it can be eye level.  This simple act of continual readjustment will really help prevent wrinkle formation.  Try it and let me know your thoughts below.
