Rose Quartz Facial Massage

I hope you enjoyed watching the video!  I have written the process shown for you below.  When purchasing the butterfly stone from Georgia Louise you will also receive a pocket size instruction sheet with her techniques.  You can purchase the stone here: http://www.georgialouise.com/shop/lift-sculpt-butterfly-stone

Begin with clean skin.

Apply a serum, moisturizer, or oil: so the stone can glide across the skin without pulling or tugging.  The stone will enhance penetration of the products so make sure to apply them liberally.  If you’d like to check out the oil I am using you can find it here: https://luzernlabs.com/product/serum-absolut-rehydrate-oil/

Begin massage:  I like to start on the forehead and work down the face to enhance the lymphatic drainage effects.  When lymph become stagnant we often notice puffiness from unwanted toxins.  You can perform each movement five to twenty times per side depending on how much time you have.

Forehead: use top of butterfly wings to glide across the forehead towards the ear.  This movement smooths out tension and helps soften fine lines and wrinkles.

Middle of Brow: Flip the stone over and work the “11’s”, the area where we often furrow and tighten when concentrating or speaking with emotion.  The muscles here can feel tight and fibrous but will loosen,  while blood circulation created increases and gives you a more rested glow.

Eye Area: Use the top of the butterfly wings to work in an inward motion (towards the nose) to drain puffiness from the eye area. TIP:  Keep the butterfly stone cool in the refrigerator or freezer to further assist in draining the excess fluid that accumulates around the eyes, this is especially nice in the morning.

Cheeks: Position the top of the butterfly wings just below the nose and glide across the top of the cheeks towards the earlobe.

Jaw: Place the top of the wings in the middle of the chin and glide across again towards the ear.  I love this movement for releasing tension in the jaw and if you tend to clean your jaw or grind your teeth you’ll likely love this movement as well.

Neck: The last movement.  Simply take the top of the butterfly wings and glide from the jaw down the neck.

Don’t forget you can also place the “love” stone under your pillow at night to further receive the energetic benefits of rose quartz.

With love,

Allison~
