A great skincare routine starts with properly cleansing your skin. In this video I share the basics and below is an east 1-2 -3 step by step.
Step 1. Apply a quarter size of facial cleanser into damp hands and apply to the neck and face.
Step 2. Use gentle pressure with upward sweeping motions, spending more time on areas with congestion like the chin, nose & forehead.
Step 3. Gently remove the cleanser with a wet washcloth, I like to use a washcloth made for babies as they are gentler or you can also cotton (preferably organic cotton). Repeat this process twice at night (aka double cleanse) to ensure all makeup, spf, pollution and debris is completely removed.
